let anyone else access Your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your
account. You will not transfer Your account (including any Page or application you administer) to
anyone without first getting our written permission. If you select a username or similar identifier
for Your account or Page, We reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if We believe it is
appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate

Pricing terms and conditions
GrowAbric does not retain your credit card information and will NOT automatically charge
Your credit card yearly. If your extension is not paid in a timely manner, or We are unable
to process Your transaction using the credit card information provided, We reserves the
right to revoke extension to Your Account. If You do not bring Your GrowAbric balance
current within two weeks (14 days) after SlidArt provides You with notification that Your
Account is in arrears, GrowAbric reserves the right to use Our discretion to terminate your
access to AC.
The fees for Your Account will be billed from the date You elect, or convert to, a Account
and on each yearly renewal thereafter unless and until You cancel Your Account. You will pay
each year before the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of Your Account. In the
event Your Account began on a day not contained in a given month or year, you will pay on
the last day of such month or year. You acknowledge that the amount billed each year may
vary for reasons that include, differing amounts due to promotional offers, differing
amounts due to changes in Your Account, or changes in the amount of applicable sales tax.
All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially
GrowAbric may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time
to time, but We will give You advance notice of these changes by email. It is Your
responsibility to keep Your contact information and payment information current and updated.
Cancelling Your Account
Your SlidArt Account will continue in effect unless you miss your yearly payment or until
You cancel Your Account or We terminate it. GrowAbric will charge the yearly fees associated
with Your Account plus any applicable tax to the credit card You provide to Us during
registration or extension of your account.
By signing up for an Account, You hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.

Data and material ("Web Information") which is to be found on SlidArt to which You have access is
subject to the following limitations: a. The Web Information is provided only for You to obtain a
general understanding of the topics and issues to which it relates. It may not be up-to-date or
provide all the relevant material or data concerning the topic or issues it addresses. b. The Web
Information is not to be relied upon by or utilised by You to help You or advise or assist You with
any problem or issue You are having. Moreover the Web Information must not form the basis on which
