1. Getting Started

Welcome to Slidart! Your journey with us begins when you place an order using our estimation cost form here. No need for complicated contracts or agreements—just a straightforward process to kickstart your project. Once your order is placed, we’re ready to get to work!

2. Sample Slides & Client Portal

Throughout the project, we’ll share sample slides with you via your client portal. This stage is crucial as it allows you to review our initial designs and provide feedback. Please review these samples promptly to keep the project timeline on track.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted during the sample slide review stage. If, after reviewing the samples, you choose not to proceed, you can request a cancellation and receive a refund. However, once the sample slides are approved, the project moves to the full design phase, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

4. Revisions & Feedback

We offer unlimited revisions and tweaks to ensure the final product meets your expectations. To make this process smooth, please provide detailed, specific feedback. Clear and anchored feedback helps us efficiently implement the changes you need, while vague feedback may delay the revision process.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality in your projects. Slidart is committed to keeping all client information, content, and data private and secure. You’ll find a signed copy of our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in your client portal for your records.

6. Communication & Updates

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Throughout the project, you’ll receive updates and notifications via email or through your client portal whenever a significant milestone is reached. Timely communication from you will help us maintain smooth progress and keep your project on track.
